Shipping Information & Order Delivery
Thank you for choosing Rioz Houseware! We work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and without hassle. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and track your orders.
1. Order Handling & Dispatch Time
We prepare and pack orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or during weekends/holidays will be handled the next working day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an update email with your tracking link.
2. Delivery Speed
Delivery timelines depend on your location, usually between 2 to 10 days:
• Maharashtra: 2–3 Days
• Other States: 4–7 Days
• J&K, North East, Andaman & Nicobar: 5–10 Days
These are estimated timelines—actual delivery may vary slightly based on courier conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹700
• Orders below ₹700 have a ₹50 shipping fee
4. Service Coverage
We currently ship all across India.
International shipping and deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available right now.
5. How to Track Your Parcel
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking ID.
Use that link to follow your order’s journey on the courier’s website.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to the courier first to raise a claim.

7. Address Errors
Double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
If you need a correction, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
If the package has already been processed, we might not be able to modify the address.
